Terms and Conditions

Whilst we believe in communicating with our customers without recourse to legal jargon, it’s important we’re clear about what you should expect from us, and what we expect from you. These terms are meant to be easy to understand, uncomplex and fair.

“We” are Carsini Ltd, the operators of droppr.co.uk and associated functionality.

“You” are the customer who is using the services provided under the “Droppr” brand.

All appropriate laws of England apply, and You agree that any dispute with Us regarding this service that results in legal proceedings will occur in an English court.

Our Obligations

  1. We provide a password-protected web-based control panel for you to manage lists of domains to be caught (”the control panel service”)
  2. We provide a dedicated server resource to query the Nominet DAC (”the query service”) and attempt domain registrations (”the registration service”) or bulk queries of the DAC (”the bulk query service”) on your behalf by taking settings within the control panel service as instructions
  3. We take all reasonable measures to ensure the control panel, query and domain registration services all behave as expected and described and inferred, but provide no guarantees
  4. We manage all underlying infrastructure to provide the control panel, query and domain registration services including server maintenance, security audits and appropriate backups
  5. We do not share your domain lists or attempt to register domains ourselves you have entered into the control panel service
  6. We provide all adequate support in your use of the service during normal office hours (9am-5pm Monday to Friday excluding public holidays and Christmas & New Year shut-down), and at our discretion outside of normal office hours
  7. We reserve the right to withdraw service at any time and provide any appropriate refunds
  8. We can not provide any guarantees with regards to the acquisition on your behalf of any domain name
  9. We reserve the right to carry out maintenance (both routine and emergency) on our software/hardware platforms which may affect services
  10. We reserve the right to change our pricing and will give at least 30 days notice of any such changes
  11. We will notify you of any change in these terms and conditions resulting in changed or new terms or obligations

Your Obligations

  1. You must provide payment in advance of the appropriate service fees as agreed, plus VAT
  2. You must pay all appropriate Nominet fees to Nominet in order to secure your own DAC and EPP accounts
  3. You must comply with all Nominet terms, conditions, policies and rulings when using the query and domain registration services
  4. You must comply with all English law as it applies in relation to the registration and use of domain names
  5. You must not attempt to disrupt or harm any control panel, query or registration services we provide for you or our other customers
  6. You must make us aware immediately of any unintended or unexpected behaviour the systems exhibit
  7. You must provide at least one month’s notice of termination of service if you wish to discontinue service
